§ Mr. HeadThere have been five individual complaints about conditions. We are limited in the permanent building that we can do and we have, therefore, to use54W a hutted camp for this hostel, which cannot be as attractive or comfortable as the permanent building that I should like to have. I have gone carefully into the complaints and I believe that the authorities are making the best of this accommodation to make the families comfortable. I do not think that the complaints represent the views of most of the families who have passed through.
