§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftThe only aspect of resale price maintenance covered by the Commission's Section 15 inquiry is its collective enforcement. The inquiry embraces many other collective arrangements; it is a large and complicated one, and I cannot yet say when it is likely to be completed.
