§ Mr. LytteltonNo figures are available for 1954, but in 1953 there were two courses attended by 8 co-operative officers from Kenya, 12 from Tanganyika and 12 from Uganda. Proposals for an additional tutor and for a permanent building to replace the hutments now in use are under consideration by the three Governments concerned.
