§ 2. Mr. Lewisasked the Attorney-General whether he will take steps to amend the present system of free legal aid so as to enable any tenant, irrespective of income, to avail himself of the opportunity of free legal aid in contesting his landlord's claim for increased rent, as proposed in the Housing Rents and Repairs Bill.
