§ 14. Wing Commander Hulbertasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what claims are outstanding against the Soviet Government for damage and injury to British subjects and property since 1945.
§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerI am not sure what kind of claims my hon. and gallant Friend has in mind. I have details of five claims connected with shipping, which are still outstanding against Soviet organisations or the Soviet Government. As the House is aware, we have also made a claim to the Soviet Government for the loss of the Lincoln bomber and its crew shot down over Germany a year ago.
