§ Sir W. MoncktonIn collaboration with the local deaf agencies, employment exchanges make continuous efforts to secure suitable employment for unemployed deaf people. I am sending my hon. and learned Friend a copy of a leaflet (D.P.L.7) which is issued to facilitate such employment.
