Clark Hutchisonasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when dredging operations and work on the improvements to the ferry piers at North and South Queensferry, as outlined 35W in the sketch plan prepared by the British Transport Commission and deposited by him in the Library of the House of Commons, are to be begun.
