Mr. Patrick Maitland

asked the Assistant Postmaster-General how many extra call-boxes he proposes to install in East Kilbride in 1954; and by what date he expects another half-dozen and another dozen, respectively, to be in operation.

There are now 10 call offices in East Kilbride and four more will be provided this year. I hope we shall have a total of 20 working by early 1956 and 26 in 1958.
