§ 107. Mr. McAddenasked the Assistant Postmaster-General on what frequencies the proposed British Broadcasting Corporation's very-high-frequency transmitters will operate; and what will be the capital cost involved.
§ Mr. GammansWe expect these transmitters to operate on frequencies in the range (known as Band II) from 88 to 95 megacycles per second; but the precise frequencies to be used for each station have not yet been settled. The B.B.C. estimate the capital cost of the first nine stations at£1¼million.
