(2) what steps she now proposes to take to end the deadlock on the Burnham Technical Committee.
§ Miss HorsbrughI understand that the Burnham Technical Committee is to meet shortly, and I will consider immediately any recommendation that they may submit to me. I could not properly receive a deputation from the Association mentioned in the Questions because any discussion with them would inevitably suggest that I was seeking to advise the Committee as to the line to be taken in its negotiations.
