§ Mr. J. Morrisonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give details of the progress of moving timber from the wind-blown areas of Scotland in 1953.
§ Mr. J. StuartI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given to the hon. and learned Member for Aberdeen, North (Mr. Hector Hughes) on 26th January, and to the statement circulated in the OFFICIAL REPORT with that reply. Since then the amount of blown timber for which arrangements for working have not yet been made has been reduced to well under one million cubic feet.
