asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will take steps to ensure that when next the Governor of Kenya has talks with unofficial members of the Legislature on constitutional matters the African unofficial members will also be consulted.

I can assure the hon. Member that before any decision is taken on constitutional changes the African unofficial members will be consulted.
