§ 41. Sir S. McAdden
asked the Secretary of State for Industry, Trade and Regional Development whether he is aware of the lack of adequate conference buildings and centres in this country and the adverse effect which this has on the attraction of international conferences to Great Britain; and whether he has any plans for remedial action.
Mr. D. Price
My right hon. Friend is aware of the problem which is an important one. He is following with interest a number of schemes for improving the provision of conference facilities in this country.
