§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerForeign Service posts make their own choice of newspapers and periodicals within allocations that vary with the size of the post. The "Daily Herald" and "Tribune" are not excluded from the publications supplied, and at present 108 copies of the former are sent to 41 Foreign Service posts and 77 copies of the latter to 31 posts.
