§ 79 and 80. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) what the Kenya Government have decided in regard to implementation of the Carpenter Report and particularly in regard to the proposed family wage;
(2) whether copies of the White Paper giving the decisions of the Government of Kenya on the recommendations of the Carpenter Report will be made available to hon. Members.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe decisions of the Kenya Government on the Carpenter Report cannot be stated briefly. They are contained in Kenya Sessional Paper No. 21 of 1954, two copies of which have now been placed in the Library of the House.
