§ Mr. TurtonWhen my right hon. Friend attends international discussions in Paris the United Kingdom delegation usually includes the head or a senior member of the Foreign Office News Department. It is his duty, in conjunction with the Press and information staff of the Embassy in Paris, to make the arrangements referred to.
