Cromwell Road Extension (Middlesex)

The pre-war scheme is being revised in accordance with modern standards and land acquisition is being completed. A number of alterations to existing side-roads for the purpose of junctions with the new road will require to be authorised by Order under Section 14 (1) of the Special Roads Act, 1949.

On the length of 1 mile from Strongford Bridge to Trentham Garden, the foundations have been three-quarters completed.
