§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterIt has not been found possible, owing to the difficult physical layout, to devise a satisfactory162W scheme for installing traffic light signals at this junction. Had such a scheme been possible the cost would have been about £1,500, the whole of which would have fallen on my Department.
