asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the survey of Kikuyu children in Nairobi and the surrounding area, who are orphaned or in need of protection and care, is completed; and whether the children's home in Nairobi which was to be opened by the voluntary societies, including the local Save the Children Fund, is now available.
