Mrs. Jegerasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation what instructions he proposes to issue to the Transport Commission regarding the rent allowance of railway workers in the London area who are so adversely affected by rent increases, in some cases of 20 per cent., which are being imposed, under the Housing Repairs and Rents Act, by the Transport Commission on its tied accommodation.
