Mr. Ian Winterbottomasked the Minister of Education how many of the technical colleges for which she has approved advanced technology grants at the rate of 75 per cent. under Circular 255 have satisfied her about their arrangements for the admission of out-county students in accordance with paragraph 3 of that Circular.
