HutchisonApart from the usual nationality and medical requirements, candidates must have satisfactorily completed the normal National Service officer training and had some six months' regimental duty; must pass the tests of character and personality at the Regular Commissions Board; and must satisfy the minimum entrance requirements of London University and have passed, or obtained exemption from, the intermediate examination in science or engineering of that university.
