asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government in how many cases in 1950, 1951 and 1952, respectively, county courts have suspended the increase of 15 per cent. and for the increase for repairs in respect of applications made by tenants or sanitary authorities on the grounds that the house is not in all respects reasonably fit for human habitation or is otherwise not in 33W a reasonable state of repair, under the provisions of the Rent and Mortgage Restriction Acts, 1920 to 1938.
