§ 58. Mr. Swinglerasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence if, in the light of the recent award of increased pay and pensions to executive civil servants by the Civil Service Arbitration Tribunal, he will now bring forward proposals to increase the retired pay of officers of the three Services.
