asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that complaints about the quality of upholstered furniture are still being sent to his Department; and, as British Standards Institution standards for this class of goods are not likely to be ready for a considerable time, if he will give instructions that the system of investigation, as under the Utility scheme, shall be
