HC Deb 26 March 1953 vol 513 c115W
Mr. Bossom

asked the Attorney-General if he will give early effect to the recommendations of the Lord Chancellor's Committee on civil liability for damage done by dogs to sheep and cattle, as existing regulations have not proved effectual in stopping this cruelty to animals and loss of valuable food, particularly in Kent.

The Attorney-General

The recommendations of the Committee are still under consideration.
