51. Mr. Malcolm MacPherson

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will name those subsidiaries of Anglo-Iranian Oil Company on the boards of which the two Government-nominated directors of Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, respectively, serve.

Both of the Government-nominated directors of the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company serve on the boards of each of the following of the Company's subsidiaries:

  • British Tanker Company, Limited.
  • The Tanker Insurance Company, Limited.
  • D'Arcy Exploration Company, Limited.
  • The First Exploitation Company, Limited.
  • National Oil Refineries, Limited.
  • Scottish Oils, Limited.
  • Aden Petroleum Refinery, Limited.
  • Australasian Petroleum Refinery, Limited.
  • Kent Oil Refinery, Limited.
