§ Miss HorsbrughI have exercised my power to inspect independent schools under Section 77 (2) of the Education Act, 1944. I cannot say when circumstances will make it possible to operate the system of registering independent schools contained in Part III of the Act. I have no power to inspect private correspondence colleges.
