§ Mr. MaudlingAn allocation of dollars for the purchase of hides and calf skins in the U.S.A. and Canada has now been made. It is a condition that import licences will be granted only to firms that are exporting to dollar markets. It is not26W the usual practice to disclose the size of such an allocation of dollars nor would it be in the general interest to do so on this occasion.
