asked the President of the Board of Trade his present plans for bringing new industries to Aberdeen.

The Government recognise the need for some additional industry in Aberdeen and my right hon. Friend will certainly encourage the expansion or establishment of suitable industry there. The hon. and learned Member will recognise, however, that its needs must be considered in relation to those of other places.
