Mr. WhitneyNo. I assume that my hon. Friend is referring to Victor Radmore and Allen Cauvin who were arrested with Frank and Stephen Bertrand. Of these, Stephen Bertrand is the only mono-British citizen. His mother has been repeatedly advised to seek legal advice and assistance with a view to submitting a plea for clemency and deportation. The other three are dual British-Zimbabwean citizens and we cannot intervene officially on their behalf.
