§ 80. Mr. Bartleyasked the Minister of National Insurance if he will take steps to have the National Assistance Board regulations amended so as to provide that any increase of retirement pension earned under Section 4, subsection (3) of the National Insurance Act, 1951, shall be disregarded for the purpose of the Board determining an application for Assistance.
