Friend has only recently received the necessary the Local Government (Members' Allowances) Regulations, 1948 (S.I. 1948 No. 1784), as amended by the Local Government (Members' Allowances) Amendment Regulations, 1949 (S.I. 1949 No. 457), and the Local Government (Members' Allowances) Amendment Regulations, 1952 (S.I. 1952 No. 535).
