§ Mr. GammansThere is no postal censorship in Northern Ireland. If the hon. Member is referring to action which may be taken under a warrant issued by the Governor of Northern Ireland I can assure him that all proper steps are taken to ensure that letters dealt with under such a warrant are sent on by post with their enclosures.
