asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps he is taking regarding technical education and training in the Nigerian railway following the report of the committee appointed by the chief mechanical engineer, published in January, 1952.

I have not seen this Committee's report, but I am told by the Nigerian Government that its recommendations are being carried out.
