67. Mr. McAdden

asked the Minister of National Insurance whether he is satisfied that the existing staff of the National Assistance Board is adequate to meet the exceptional circumstances of the recent flood disasters.

Mr. Peake

I am informed by the Board that they are satisfied upon this point. The staffs in the areas affected have been strengthened by the transfer of experienced staff from other areas.
