§ Mr. LytteltonLast October the Gold Coast Prime Minister invited the chiefs and all parties and groups to submit before April, 1953, their views on constitutional reform. No political party has yet responded. Statements from the Convention People's Party and the Ghana Congress Party, demanding full self-government, have appeared in the Press, but these statements have not been addressed to the Government in response to Dr. Nkrumah's invitation.
