§ 124 and 125. Mr. Hobsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1) when Her Majesty's Government propose to ratify the decisions reached at the Universal Postal Convention held in Brussels, 11th July, 1952:
(2) when Her Majesty's Government propose to ratify the Universal Postal Union Agreement concerning insured letters and boxes.
§ Mr. NuttingThe Universal Postal Convention and the Agreement concerning Insured Letters and Boxes were laid before the House on 1st December as Command 8998 and 8999 respectively.
I hope that the formalities of ratification will be carried out about the end of January.
