HC Deb 03 December 1953 vol 521 cc177-8W
Mr. Champion

asked the Minister of Fuel and Power what steps he is taking, having regard to the fact that there is no certainty of another mild winter before us, to build up the stocks of coal in Derbyshire to, at least, the level of November, 1952.

Mr. Geoffrey Lloyd

Merchants in Derbyshire are receiving their fair share of house-coal supplies and everything possible is being done to maintain stocks at a high level.
