§ 68. Mr. R. Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made with regard to the ratification of the proposals for West Indian Federation.
§ Mr. LytteltonI have been informed that the Legislative Councils of both Grenada and St. Vincent have unanimously accepted the report of the Federation Conference. So far as I am aware, other West Indian legislatures have not yet considered the matter.
