§ 9. Mr. Ian Harveyasked the Secretary of State for War if he will make a statement with regard to the arrest and subsequent release of Private J. Kelly, Waghorn Road, Kenton.
§ Mr. HeadPrivate Kelly was, on 17th November, charged with absence and placed under close arrest. On 19th November he was released, without prejudice to rear rest, and admitted to hospital. Investigations are continuing.
