§ Mr. LytteltonMy adviser on technical education has just returned from a tour in the West Indies. He has made suggestions for the improvement and development of the local facilities in technical education, and his suggestions are being considered by the colonial Governments. In Trinidad, a Government Technical High School is now being built at San Fernando.
