§ Mr. R. A. ButlerPurchase Tax is payable quarterly in arrear and it is estimated that receipts of tax in the first three-quarters of 1951 and 1952 from clothing (except footwear and fur garments), haberdashery, textile piece goods, and household textile goods were as follows:
