§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeMany county councils have delegated their licensing powers to other authorities; there is power to permit Sunday opening in parts, or in a few cases, the whole, of every county in England except Westmorland, and in a few areas in Brecknock, Flint, Glamorgan and Radnor.
