§ 89. Sir W. Wakefieldasked the Assistant Postmaster-General why provincial post offices covering a population of many thousands are not supplied with an up-to-date directory of London telephone subscribers.
§ Mr. GammansThe practice is to supply copies of the London directories to the principal post offices in towns where we find as a result of experience, there is a reasonable public demand. If my hon. Friend will let me know which towns he has in mind I will gladly see whether London directories can be supplied.
