§ Mr. LytteltonOur achievements in these territories are described at length in the annual reports which Her Majesty's Government submit to the United Nations. They are also mentioned in the reports on the Colonial Territories generally, which are submitted each year to Parliament.
I fully sympathise with the purpose underlying the question, but in the circumstances I think that the expense and labour of preparing a special report would hardly be justified.
