§ Mr. Henderson StewartAn estimate of the additional cost was given in reply to a question by my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Berwick and East Lothian, on 21st October. It is estimated that six additional officers would have to be employed in the Paymaster-General's Office and one or two in the Scottish Education Department.
