Lucasasked the Assistant Postmaster-General if, in view of recent raids on mail vans, he will investigate the possibility of using an anti-bandit pistol, discharging coloured vaporised spray, photographs and details of which have been previously supplied to the Home Office and the police by the hon. Member for Portsmouth, South, and details of which are being supplied to him.
