§ Mr. EcclesI have asked the cement companies to send increased supplies of cement to the north-east and, in spite of great difficulties, they have done so. During the past seven weeks, the rate of deliveries into the Northern Region have been nearly 30 per cent. greater than in the corresponding period last year.
