Mr. Sparksasked the Minister of Transport how far the amount of compensation to be paid to the displaced staff of the Road Haulage Executive is to be deducted from the initial annual sum of £4,000,000 payable to the Transport Commission for losses incurred by the railways as a consequence of the proposals in the White Paper on Transport Policy.
